This policy applies to all music and related content provided by SOUND AIRYLUVS.

 

1. The Music Itself

All music sold by SOUND AIRYLUVS is composed entirely by the composer, with no involvement of AI whatsoever. Generative AI is not used in any part of the core composition or arrangement process.

 

2. Supplementary AI Use in Production

AI tools may be used in a supplementary capacity during finishing stages of production, such as mixdown, mastering, and fine-tuning of expressive nuance. This use is strictly limited to enhancing the quality of music that is fundamentally composed and produced by hand. This reflects our wish to devote as much of our limited production time as possible to the melody and composition themselves.

 

3. Promotional and Advertising Materials

Generative AI is used for preview videos, header images (thumbnails), and materials used for advertising and promotional purposes. Please note that these are promotional materials distinct from the music itself. This reflects our wish to share the world and atmosphere held within each track and album as accurately as possible with as many listeners as we can. The legal landscape surrounding generative AI continues to evolve around the world, and we remain attentive to these developments, committing to conscientiously review the tools and practices we use as the situation changes.

 

4. Prohibition on Use for AI Training

Third parties are prohibited from using any music or SFX assets published or sold by this brand as training data for AI models.
