Music License Agreement

Please adhere to the following license terms when using the royalty-free music assets sold on this site. By downloading any audio content from this site, you are agreeing to comply with these terms of use.


1. License Terms

Purchased or downloaded tracks may be used by individuals and organizations for any number of projects with no time limits. No additional fees or usage reports are required.

  • Editing: You are free to edit the audio, including fades, playback sections, pitch, and similar adjustments.

Permitted Content and Media

Purchased or downloaded audio may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes by individuals or organizations, provided that it is incorporated as a component of a larger work. Completed content may be sold, distributed, broadcast, screened, published, used in advertising, and monetized.

  • Games, applications, software, and web services
  • Animation, films, dramas, television programs, audiovisual works, and trailers
  • Videos, short-form videos, live streams, gameplay videos, and commentary posted or streamed on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok
  • Commercials, corporate videos, product or service promotions, social media advertising, and digital signage
  • Audio dramas, podcasts, radio programs, and audiobooks
  • VR, AR, and MR content, metaverse experiences, virtual events, and interactive works
  • Stage productions, exhibitions, events, stores, ceremonies, wedding venues, funeral venues, and similar uses
  • Finished games, videos, animations, and other content created or edited using AI
  • Other comparable digital, audiovisual, audio, or interactive content available now or developed in the future

The audio may be used in general-audience content, adult-oriented content (R-18 / NSFW), and works carrying age ratings such as CERO.

This permission does not include publishing, distributing, or selling the audio by itself, or in any format whose primary purpose is listening to or obtaining the audio.


2. Prohibited Matters

The following actions are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether they are for-profit or non-profit:

  • Secondary Distribution or Resale: Redistributing or selling the audio files themselves is prohibited. (However, this is permitted if the music cannot be encrypted due to the specifications of the development tool, such as RPG Maker.)
  • Unauthorized Uploads for Listening Purposes: Uploading the audio content as-is to video-sharing sites (e.g., YouTube) for listening/audition purposes, or uploading long-form compilations, is strictly forbidden.
  • Soundtrack Distribution: Distributing or uploading works utilizing the audio content as a "Soundtrack" or "OST" is strictly prohibited.
  • Use for AI Training: Using the audio content to train, further train, fine-tune, or evaluate generative AI or other machine-learning models; to create datasets; to develop music or audio generation services; or providing it to a third party for any of these purposes. Incorporating the audio as background music or sound effects in finished videos, games, or other content made using AI is permitted within the scope described above.


3. Credit and Usage Reporting

  • Credit/Reporting: Providing credit and reporting usage is optional and not mandatory.
